Do I need an account to see prices?

You can browse published prices without an account. Sign in when you are ready to save device records, submit an order, or follow its progress.

Can I sell a mixed batch of devices?

Yes. Build a batch from published models or send your existing list for a custom quote. Unlisted configurations can be reviewed with the rest of your inventory.

Is the price I see the final offer?

Published prices and quotes are estimates. Receiving and physical inspection confirm the final offer, which you can review through your account.

Does Seller erase my phone?

Seller identifies and tests supported devices without wiping them. It does not bypass Activation Lock or unlock a device.

Where do I follow my order?

Your seller account keeps the order, receiving updates, final offer, and payment status together. Use the same account in the Mac app and web portal.
